: We received ethical approval from the Makerere University College of Health Sciences (#REC REF 2020 − 195) and Queen Mary University of London (QMERC 2018/67) Research Ethics committees. This Qualitative study was part of an exploratory non-controlled study conducted in 3 countries of Uganda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia and the protocol was published elsewhere []. All participants provided written informed consent to participate in the study, which included consent for the recording of the sessions. The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki following ethical principles for medical research involving human participants.
