: Research with routine health care data from the Extramural LUMC Academic Network (ELAN) is observational, without an intervention, and enlisted patients are not individually approached for participation. Therefore, the Medical Ethical Committee of the Leiden University Medical Center waived the need for ethical approval (22-3040).
