: A study approval was obtained from the Lapland Central Hospital. The study was carried out in accordance with the National Research Ethics Guidelines and Regulations by Finnish Advisory Board on Research Integrity responsible conduct in research and procedures for handling allegations of misconduct in Finland []. According to their instructions, a separate ethics committee approval was not sought as the study contained no patients or patient information. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
