: The study was reviewed and approved by the University of Surrey Ethics Committee (UEC 2019 077 FHMS); North of Scotland Research Ethics Services NHS Grampian (19/NS/0188); and NHS Health Research Authority, Health and Care Research Wales (HCRW). The HRA and NHS REC are conducted under the UK Policy Framework for health and social care research; the sources for the framework include International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use, Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) and the Declaration of Helsinki. Staff invited to complete the survey were given full participant information and the link to the survey.
