: Prior to participation in the study, each patient was informed verbally by a physician and by letter about the study procedure. Subsequently, an informed consent form was signed by each patient. To ensure pseudonymized and later anonymized documentation, each patient was assigned an individual study identification number. Participation in the survey was voluntary. All steps in this study were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Wuerzburg (4/21-me).
