Ethical approval was granted by the University of Aberdeen College Ethics Review Board (CERB), application number CERB/2021/6/2094. Informed consent was obtained (as described) for each participant. Anonymised transcripts were stored in the University of Aberdeen secured password protected OneDrive. Participants were able to withdraw up until the time of analysis.
