: The study conforms to the prevailing ethical guidelines on research ethics drawn up by the World Medical Association in the Helsinki Declaration and the seven principles of professional responsibility by the American Anthropological Association (). No approval is needed by the Danish Scientific Ethical Committee for this type of study according to the guidelines by the Danish Research Ethics Committees () and Sect. 14 of the Consolidated Act no. 1338 of 1 September 2020 on the Ethical Treatment of Health Science Research Projects (). The study is listed in the data inventory of research projects at the Research Unit of General Practice in Aarhus in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (). Data storage and access comply with the GDPR rules. All informants received written and oral study information and provided written informed consent before participation.
