: The trial will adhere to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, and applicable national and European regulations concerning clinical trials and data protection. It will also follow the approved study protocol. Study results will be reported in accordance with the CONSORT (Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials) guidelines. Approval of the Valencia, IDIAP Jordi Gol and Balearic Islands Research Ethics Committee was obtained on 18th July 2023 (IB5219/23PI). Furthermore, the intervention aligns with existing health system policies and does not differ substantially from other feedback or policy measures that are routinely implemented without prior individual consent. All relevant data protection regulations will be strictly followed, in line with the Data Protection Policy of the Balearic Health Service. GPs identity codes will be pseudonymised, and prescribing data will be processed confidentially. The trial registration number is ISRCTN11175879.
