Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Before data collection, the health authorities of Bujumbura Mairie Province gave permission on January 20th, 2023. Then, on February 7, 2023, the Institutional Ethics Committee of the National Institute of Health of Burundi gave its approval for the protection of human participants in biomedical and behavioral research, with decision number CIE/04/2023. Furthermore, since historical medical records were used in collecting data, participant consent was not applicable.
