Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The CONSORT guidelines were utilized to structure all reporting of reported results. See Supplement 2 for the CONSORT checklist.The study received ethical clearance from the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics in South-Eastern Norway (2019/904), which determined that their approval was not necessary. Based on both oral and written information, all participating patients provided written informed consent to take part in the study. All methods were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
