: Following Helsinki Declaration guidelines, we obtained ethics approval and recruited healthcare accreditation specialists through purposive sampling. After securing written informed consent, we conducted confidential semi-structured interviews (audio-recorded with permission and transcribed verbatim). Data was analyzed, validated through member checking, and stored anonymously. All procedures strictly complied with Helsinki principles including participant confidentiality and rights. This article is the result of the qualitative phase of the Master’s thesis, which was carried out under the code of ethics “IR.KMU.REC.1400.390” in the Faculty of Management and Medical Information at Kerman University of Medical Sciences.
