: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Office of the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University (REC 67-599-9-1). Informed consent was not required due to the retrospective design based on medical record review, and a waiver of consent was granted by HREC. Patient confidentiality was maintained by anonymizing all collected data, and findings were reported in aggregate.
