: This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was received from the Research Ethics Committee of School of Public Health, Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences (IR.SSU.SPH.REC.1400.226). Participation in the study was entirely voluntary. Verbal informed consent was obtained from the interviewees as well as consent for audio recording. The audio recordings were saved in a password-protected laptop and deleted after transcriptions. Confidentiality of the participants was maintained by not using identifiers.
