: Ethical approvals in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki were obtained from the local research ethics boards of the University Medical Centre Göttingen (35/8/21), the Medical Association Hamburg for the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (2021-200203-BO-bet), the University of Lübeck (21–410) and the University of Cologne (21-1499_1).
