: The study was assessed by the Medical Ethics Committee of Leiden University Medical Center (Medisch Ethische Toetsings Commissie, METC, LUMC), which serves as the Institutional Review Board (IRB). The committee determined that the study does not fall under the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (Wet Medisch-Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek met Mensen, WMO) (reference number: N21.054). Therefore, according to national regulations, informed consent to participate was deemed unnecessary. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the online questionnaire was distributed via an internet link. Respondents remained anonymous unless they chose to provide their contact details for participation in a follow-up interview. The procedure was described in the approved study protocol. The research was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
