: The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The Dutch medical research ethical committee of Arnhem-Nijmegen waived ethical approval since this study was not subject to the medical research involving human subjects act (file number 2020–7246). Participants were asked for informed consent and could only access the questionnaire when informed consent was given. All data is stored using CastorEDC, conform ISO 27001/NEN7510 and Good Clinical Practice guideline.
