: This research adhered in totality to the Declaration of Helsinki, and received ethical approval from the University of St Andrews School of Medicine Ethics Committee in March 2022 (Approval Code: MD16041) and NHS REC Approval in October 2022 (IRAS Project ID: 309100). Data collection took place across 2023. All participants were fully informed, and signed consent forms accordingly before their participation in the focus groups began.
