: Approval for this study was granted by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai East Hospital (Approval No. 2024YS-083) on 10/05/2024. Written informed consent will be obtained from all participants, and permission will be sought to collect biological samples for storage and further research. Should participants wish to withdraw from the trial, they will be asked whether they consent to the utilisation of their data for subsequent analyses. In the event of any material alterations being made to the initial approval document, these will be submitted by the principal investigator for approval to the ethics committee.
