Participants were assured of the confidentiality of their information, which was to be used exclusively for research purposes. They were also informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences under the code IR.KMU.REC.1402.414 (approval number 402000532) as part of the first author’s doctoral project.
