: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. It was approved by the Drug Research Committee (CEIm) at the Hospital General Universitario de Elche (PI 81/2022) and the Foundation University Institute for Primary Care (IDIAP) Jordi Gol (23/203-P). Prior to commencement of the face-to-face interviews, professionals and users completed the informed consent form and a sociodemographic data sheet. For the telephone interviews, both documents were sent by email and users signed and returned them to the research team. Participants received no financial compensation for taking part in the study.
