: The study is part of the project ID 707253, which is recorded in the research database at the Research Unit for General Practice Aarhus (ID: 704858) in accordance with the Danish regulations on data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. According to Danish law, approval from the Committee on Health Research Ethics in the Central Denmark Region was not required because no biomedical intervention was performed. Statistics Denmark approved the project and the registers used in the study. According to the Danish Data Protection Act, no patient consent was required because scientific studies of significant societal importance are exempt from this requirement.
