: In accordance with the Danish Research Ethics Committees, authority approval for non-invasive medical research is not required [66]. The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All observed participants were informed about the study, had the freedom to decide whether to participate, and the first author obtained oral consent. Written informed consent was obtained before the focus groups were conducted, and all participants were permitted to withdraw their contributions.

: One of the authors, LHB, is affiliated with DGI, an umbrella organisation for Danish Gymnastics and Sports Associations. DGI aims to strengthen voluntary associations as a framework for sport and exercise.
