: Ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review board of Madda Walabu University with the reference number: IRERC/040/2023. A permission letter was issued for each healthcare facility involved. Informed consent was obtained in writing from all the study participants. Women who are lost to follow-up receive counseling and were linked to the CCS clinic for rescreening after interview. Participants granted the right to interrupt the interview and choose not to answer any questions they are uncomfortable. Anonymity of the patients was kept by not using any personal identifiers. All the study’s procedures followed the principles of declaration of Helsinki.
