: The “Disease Analyzer” database used as a source of data in this study contains anonymized electronic patient records. As patient data was analyzed in aggregated form without any individual data being available, ethical approval and informed consent was waived by the ethics committee of the Landesärztekammer Rheinland-Pfalz and also and in the past also by the ethics committee of the medical faculty of the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel within another project dealing with the exactly same database (AZ 413/21). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
