: The study was submitted to and formally approved by the Standing Committee for Biosafety and Bioethics at the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Libya (Approval Reference No: NBC: 002.H-25.32). Institutional approval for the research was also granted by the Primary Health Care Institute (PHCI) of the Libyan Ministry of Health, which served as the lead national partner for the initiative.The study was conducted in full compliance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the training workshops and related evaluation activities.
