Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The protocol was approved by the Comité d’Éthique et de la Recherche (CER) of the University of Caen Normandy for both phases: phase one on 23 February 2024 (reference 5006) and phase two on 9 July 2025 (reference 2025052209041400000310000676). Data collection in each phase began only after the corresponding approval had been granted. All participants received written information about the study objectives and procedures before participation. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants, covering participation in the interview, audio recording, and the processing of their data in coded form for research purposes. Participants were informed that recordings would be accessible only to members of the research team, who are bound by professional secrecy, and would be deleted once transcription was complete. Pseudonymised transcripts are stored on password-protected institutional devices and will be retained until two years after the final publication of the study results.
