: Colon and lung tumor biopsies, normal mucosa, and lymph node biopsies were obtained from patients and controls recruited into two prospective clinical studies previously approved by the Norwegian Regional Ethical Committee West (approval 197.04) and the Norwegian Regional Ethical Commmittee South (approval S-05307). Written informed consents from the donors were obtained for the use of their tissue samples in research.
