: All participants received written and oral information about the Care for Colon study and signed informed consent. They could withdraw from the study at any time without consequences for their treatment. Participants were not financially motivated to participate in the study. The National Ethical Committee and the Data Protection Agency approved the Care for Colon study and the ethical committee (S20140141) approved this sub study as part of the Care for Colon study.
