Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This study was approved by the Behavioral Sciences Research Ethics Committee of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, approval number 2018–032 on May 27th, 2018. All data were stored on secure media at Microsoft. Written informed consent by study participants was deemed exempt by the Ethics Committee.
