Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study retrospectively involved patients from a real-life clinical practice setting. All identifiable medical information was removed, and all analyses were performed using anonymised data. The data collection was in line with good clinical practice policies and with the General Data Protection Regulation UE 2016/679. In accordance with the UE and Italian regulatory GDPR the need for patients’ consent was waived. The Sant’Orsola Malpighi Hospital Ethics Committee has provided the approbation n°173/2017/O/OssN.
