: Our study follows the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki for research on human beings. The data was extracted from the Spanish Ministry of Health record, which is anonymous. Identifying the patients at the individual or reporting unit level is impossible as this database is subject to the Civil Service Statistics Law 12/1989.
