: The studies involving human participants were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Review Board of every hospitals and institutions involved and the IRB certificate is attached. The two state hospitals included are Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata, SSKM & I.P.G.M.E.&R Hospital, Kolkata. The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Indian Statistical Institute (ISI). The patients/participants provided their written informed consent to participate in this study.
