: Written informed consent was obtained from all participants after comprehensive explanation of the study objectives, potential risks/benefits, and data management procedures. Participants were explicitly informed of their right to withdraw at any stage without prejudice to their clinical care. All personal identifiers were removed from clinical records prior to analysis. Data were stored in password-secured hospital servers with access restricted to authorized research personnel, in compliance with China’s Data Security Law and the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University (No. 2023097 A; approval date: 8 September 2023). This animal study was approved by the Animal Ethics and Welfare Committee (AEWC) (No. AEWC-NBU20230335; approval date 30 Nov 2023) of Ningbo University (Seal) and conducted in strict compliance with institutional guidelines.
