: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was initially approved by the ethical committee of the Faculty of Medical laboratories sciences(Institutional Research Board) at Shendi University. In addition, permission was obtained from directors of faculty, and Students to be studied. All participants provided written informed consent after being fully informed about the purpose and procedures of the study. We have also ensured that all names and personal data were completely secured to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the participants. This revision now provides full transparency regarding the ethical considerations involved in the study.
