: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Departmental Review Board, Department of Pediatrics, Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital, Sylhet, Bangladesh (No.007/SOMC/2022). The study involved routine clinical procedures and non-invasive data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant’s mother or caregiver. Confidentiality was maintained by removing all identifying information. Participation was voluntary, and children with incomplete data or lost to follow-up were excluded from the final analysis.Our study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.
