The study received approval from the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (Approval No: 2023092). All participants provided written informed consent. To ensure confidentiality, all collected data were anonymized and stored securely. Electronic data were protected with password encryption, and physical questionnaires were kept in locked storage. We acknowledged the time burden of the questionnaire package and took measures to minimize it. Participants were informed of their right to skip questions or withdraw from the study at any time without consequence.
