: This study has been approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Qinghai Cardio-Cerebrovascular Specialty Hospital, with the ethics approval number [qxll-2018-012]. All study procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the relevant regulations on ethical review of human biomedical research in China. A written informed consent process was adopted in this study, where the study protocol and consent form were prepared in Chinese. Since non-Han participants were all proficient in Chinese, all participants fully understood the study’s purpose, content, potential risks, and their rights after receiving explanations.
