: This study strictly adhered to the ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The institutional review board waived the need for written informed consent from participants due to the retrospective nature of the study and for collecting only secondary data. To keep the privacy of the patients, we omitted the names of patients during data collection and excluded the chart number from publication. Ethical approval was obtained from Yekatit 12 Hospital Medical College, the Institutional Review Board (IRB) - ethics committee number Y12HMC(RPO/542/24).
