: This retrospective observational cohort study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr: 2024-02254-01). The study involved analysis of medical records from patients treated between January 1st, 2003, and December 31st, 2023. The requirement for individual informed consent was waived by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority because the study was based solely on existing data, and obtaining consent from all participants was not feasible.
