: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Non-Interventional Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Nigde Omer Halisdemir University (Approval No: 2024/122; Date: 26 December 2024). The ethics committee confirmed that informed consent was not required due to the retrospective design of the study. Authorization to access and analyze patient data was granted by the institutional ethics committee.
