: Ethical approval from the internal review board of research directorate of Saint Paul’s Hospital and Millennium Medical College was sought, and a written approval paper was obtained from the review board before data collection began. During the data collection process, informed verbal consent was obtained from the study participants before each interview. Each participant’s information was collected via an anonymous questionnaire.
