: Ethical clearance of the study was obtained from the Wolaita Sodo University Research Ethical Review Committee. This study also approved by the medical director to collect data from WSUCSH. The data extracted from the patient’s medical record chart. Personal identifiers of the patients were not included in the data extracted format to maintain the confidentiality of the patients.
