The study protocol underwent review and approval by the Ethics Committee of Nagoya City University Graduate School of Medicine and four other centers (46–23-0003). Participants will receive and sign an online informed consent form before participating. Important protocol modifications will be notified to the collaborating facility directors and participants after Ethics Committee approval.
