Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was performed in strict accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kunming Medical University (approval number: KMMU2024MEC021). The study participation was voluntary and all respondents provided written informed consent prior to enrollment. To ensure transparency, the purpose and procedures of the study were fully explained to the subjects before they signed the informed consent forms. All subjects were clearly informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without facing adverse consequences. Individually identifiable information, such as name and telephone number, was deliberately omitted from the recorded data during the data collection phase to ensure anonymity.
