Ethics approval and consent to participate: Participants were enrolled from April 2014 to February 2015 at Mech-Sense, Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Aalborg University Hospital. The trial was designed, conducted, and reported in compliance with the ICH-GCP principles of the European Union and the Danish Health and Medicines Authority, and approved by the North Denmark Region Committee on Health Research Ethics (Denmark) (N-20130030).
