: Approval for the study was obtained from the Norwegian Social Science Data Services (NSD) (ref. 47,995) and Regional Research Ethics Committee (ref. 2016/673) in Norway. Oral and written information regarding the study aim was provided to all personnel and the patients in advance and they gave written informed consent. The participants were also informed that the study was a part of research project and the result will be published without any personal information. The information letter clarified that participation was voluntary, and that they could withdraw their participation at any time without any consequences for none of them. All personnel (<i>n</i> = 12) and patients (<i>n</i> = 22) gave their consent to participate in this study.
