Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Medical Ethics Research Committee of the UMCG (file number M16.199647) confirmed that the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act did not apply to the research project. Official approval by the committee was hence not required.All interviewees gave written informed consent to participate in the study. Interviewees who participated in a telephonic interview, received an information letter and informed consent form by e-mail and gave verbal consent, which was audio-recorded.
