: The trial has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Marche Region (reference number: CERM 2015333IN15011). Before recruitment, all patients will receive complete information about the study and will have to sign a written informed consent form, which has already been approved by the Ethics Committee. Participants will also be informed that they can withdraw their consent to participate at any time and for any reason. Any major modifications to the trial protocol will be communicated to the Ethics Committee and implemented only upon acceptance.
