Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The committee on Research at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology approved the study. Respondents were informed about the aim of the study and its scope and sought their consent to participate.Verbal consent was taken from respondents because a good number of them could not read or write. The process was approved by the ethics committee after explanation. The identity of the study respondents was kept confidential throughout the study. To maintain anonymity, participants’ identity was not disclosed for this study. The administrators of the hospital approved the use of the facility for the study.
