Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was performed according to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, and it was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Gothenburg, Sweden (Dnr: 918–71). The participants received oral and written information about the study, its aim and procedure, as well as the confidentiality of their responses and their ability to withdraw from the study at any time without negatively impacting further care. All the participants gave their written informed consent prior to being interviewed. To ensure confidentiality, each participant was assigned a number, and the code list was kept in a secure filing cabinet that is only accessed by the research group. Confidentiality was also taken into consideration when presenting the results.
